Pros
Benefits are good here and Christmas party is nice. Use to feed the staff every two weeks with a very awesome pot luck.
Cons
The harder you work here at Taylor Metal Products the more they expect out of you to the point you can't keep up. They don't have real certified mechanics working on their trucks and use very outdated equipment that will leave you stranded. Don't ever be to nice to the HR department cause that can back fire on you. They expect a driver to put the trucks in some of the most stupidest places that a truck shouldn't go. If you argue with management cause you know your in the right. You'll be humiliated by the upper staff as if your the enemy. This place has people who can't do your job telling you how to do your job in too many directions.
