Pros

Couldn't find any pros in 4 years

Cons

I joined this company expecting to see cutting-edge telecom technology—but instead, I got a delightful trip back to the 90s. Yes, despite being around since 1998, the company proudly clings to its 2G and 3G products. A couple of 4G offerings are thrown in as a “modern” touch, but if you’re dreaming of 5G or any real innovation, keep looking elsewhere. The work environment is truly one-of-a-kind. Imagine trying to focus in an office where the AC is more of a myth than a reality and the lighting is so dim you might actually hurt your eyes if you stare too long. The cafeteria’s resident cockroaches add a certain “charm,” and the coffee machine? It’s not an instant coffee maker but a glorified boiler that brews water and milk separately into a concoction that could easily be mistaken for something unpalatable. For freshers, the welcome party is extra special—a full year as a trainee, which in other companies would be considered an internship. new joiners are treated to a joining kit complete with a diary, pen, and a “fancy” labeled cup. During this period, you’ll get a modest stipend of 30k/month, with absolutely no perks like PF, medical, or gratuity. And don’t even think about a company laptop; you’re on your own for the first year. Oh, and that “market standard” hike? It’s as real as the variable 10% bonus that you can only dream of achieving by somehow working on a non-existent 5G project. Developers, brace yourselves: you’ll be juggling multiple roles—from coding (well, minimal actual development) to testing, support, and even installation. Working with the TQA team feels like navigating a maze of cluelessness, while seniors provide vague requirements with a side of blame-shifting. The age gap between juniors and seniors is a whole other level—think of it as working with your dad, if your dad couldn’t keep up with modern tech. The work hours are non-negotiable too. You must clock in by 9:30 AM and can’t leave before 6 PM, no matter how early you arrive. Expect overtime to be a permanent part of your schedule, on weekdays and weekends alike. On the bright side, the office is conveniently located near a metro station. In summary, if you’re nostalgic for the past and enjoy working in an environment that challenges your patience (and eyesight), this might just be your dream workplace. For everyone else seeking real career growth and decent working conditions, consider looking elsewhere.

Pros

NA - Not Available, Notging as such

Cons

Toxicity is at its peak here. The culture is so bad that it doesn’t feel like working in a corporate environment; instead, it feels like being in a school or college run by authoritarian leaders. Taking three consecutive days off is considered an offense, requiring proof even for medical or emergency leave. Hikes are extremely delayed, and when they do happen, they’re barely anything. HR policies are highly inconsistent and unfair. For example, some employees have permanent WFH, others follow a hybrid model, while some have no WFH at all. HR and Admin seem more focused on monitoring employees—tracking who is inside or outside the office and how long someone takes for a coffee or tea break. This is a Micro Managemnt company eventhough they say it is not. work hours They expect you to work overnight, and managers won’t allow you to leave after 6 PM. However, if an employee is even a few seconds late, it’s noted and considered during appraisals. In this unpredictable blore traffic How Employee will reach by 9.45 AM consistently by road. Main Advice - Whether you're a fresher or an experienced professional, think twice before joining this toxic organization. Many have suffered and continue to suffer here. Junior and new employees receive little to no respect.

Pros

Very limited positives to mention (pretty much zero tbh). A handful of hardworking and knowledgeable individuals (literally three people) carry the entire company on their shoulders. Decent exposure to the industry if you’re lucky enough to work closely with these individuals. These select few are the only ones who can clearly explain requirements and provide guidance.

Cons

Toxicity at its finest, The most absurd and soul-crushing company to work for. The work culture is so bad that even thinking about it could give you stress. Leave? What’s that? You have to beg, plead, and sacrifice your dignity to get more than 3-4 days off. Apply for 5+ days? Forget it—might as well ask for a unicorn while you’re at it. HR Roulette, Different rules for different people. Some get privileges of not paying penalties for short fall of notice period also they can adjust their earned leaves for those days, while others get penalties and need to pay full amount. It’s like playing a rigged casino game with your career. Hikes so late, they miss their own year Hike delays are a tradition—3-4 months into the next financial year, you’re still waiting. Variable pay scam they keep your variable pay ridiculously high (think over ₹1.5 lakh) just to avoid paying it later. Performance excuses are their favorite weapon. Slave-like work hours they expect you to work overnight, on weekends, and basically whenever they snap their fingers. Managers won’t even let you leave after 6—expect calls and emails at home too. No hybrid, no flexibility Forget modern workplace practices. This company is stuck in the Stone Age—hybrid is a myth here. Freshers, beware Joining as a fresher, and you’re a glorified intern (engineer trainee) with no PF account, so that precious first year of service doesn’t even exist in your history. HR is a joke here they’re as useful as a chocolate teapot. No solutions, no consistency, no accountability. Absurd workplace environment It’s like a toxic circus where the only thing missing is the clown costume—because everyone’s already part of the act.
