Decent base Salary, very friendly work atmosphere, very good training and work education, nice team building activities, considerate towards personal issues and sick leaves
Cons
Base Salary is low for the amount of hours (12 hour shifts mostly) of work and the bonus schemes while good in peak months are non existent in bad months and are based on spendings that include ludicrous things like renovations and team building budgets. I want my money not your cheap alcohol fuelled parties or renovations of your HQ office. The back-office and senior management are really cool and smart people and always try to help if they can and take the constructive feedback of the employees. Over the past two years the distance between the employees and the management did grow quite a bit however which is unfortunate.
