Great management; they work with your schedule and appreciate when you do well, and are tactful and respectful when giving constructive feedback. They're very communicative and keep you updated about shift availability, overtime opportunities, and check in regularly to see how you're doing and if you have any complaints or feedback. Most unarmed sites pay $19-$22 per hour, which is pretty good for the work. You are encouraged to get armed and nonlethal licenses. Great place to start a career in security.
