      will face new chanllenges if you enjoy suprises.

      Cons

      Very negative environment. there is no positive idea during the meeting. what you will get is a bunch of reason why things can't be done. Pay is very low.

      Pros

      The only Pro I can share is the flexible hours if needed and a very laid back environment to work in. Theyalso offer paid vacation after a year and 3 sick days a year.

      Cons

      Poor management has changed the dynamics of this company. Discrimination is part of the way they do business. No raises or bonus for American workers.
