Coworkers are nice, and environment is good .

The salary is not what you expect.

The only Pro I can share is the flexible hours if needed and a very laid back environment to work in. Theyalso offer paid vacation after a year and 3 sick days a year.

Poor management has changed the dynamics of this company. Discrimination is part of the way they do business. No raises or bonus for American workers.
