Tatum is dead, although Randstad pretends otherwise, Tatum is just another marketing channel for their body shop. They no longer pay a decent percentage of billings, now taking the standard 50% of the billings that they would for placing a fork lift driver. If you're an experienced CFO, why would you work for 50% of the billings? So the only people who are going to Tatum are CFO's who are out of work, and looking for anything, or hoping that Tatum can find them a full time job. Tatum has no leadership, is not really a separate company, and is really a Zombie brand, not quite dead, but not alive either.
