Tattva is a very unethical company, staring from the fake reviews here to everything else. The reviews here are given by either friends ,family or new employees which are not genuine. They take advantage of the fact that most of their employees are in the blue collar category and are not well aware of many things. They do not even follow the mandatory compliances properly and cut salary of the employees with every chance they get. They also hire and fire whenever they feel like. Since Covid, many lost their jobs and the rest got huge salary cuts and no appraisals. There is no off/holiday/weekend here, you will basically have to work everyday and will have to be available all the time. The old/senior employees always tries to be dominating and over smart here. Working here is not going to add any positive value your career.
