      If you are a hard worker this is a great company, this is a local business and now employee owned (ESOP) has a awesome company culture and you are treated as family.

      Paid for my Class A CDL and work with my schedule while I attend college.

      Cons

      Unless if you are driving, you are probably going to end up standing for your entire 10 hour shift.

      Discounted rentals for employees and PTO

      Cons

      No compensation for working hard so don't expect a raise. Can do bare minimum or work hard all shift. Lazy employee culture and safety hazards.
