      Pros

      Some good values in principle, the MD is motivational and there is strong in house training. Culture is quite relaxed.

      Cons

      Poor management and extreme lack of trust. Client/candidate care isn't at the forefront of the business. Really good training but needs to be ongoing and used in practice. Unprofessionalism is accepted at all levels.

      Good work-life balance, flexible, you can work when you want while still accruing holiday pay

      Cons

      Work availability is inconsistent, difficult to get long-term bookings, so you’re very often going to work in different cities every other day
