      Lovely team and great working environment. Brilliant hybrid working and flexibility.

      Cons

      Senior management don’t invest in staff anymore. There’s no career progression. Lots of redundancies.

      Good work-life balance, flexible, you can work when you want while still accruing holiday pay

      Work availability is inconsistent, difficult to get long-term bookings, so you’re very often going to work in different cities every other day
