Worst company to work in its a shame on the big tata brand and its values no team bonding, no transparency in anything , lots of varatism and toxic work culture, worthless managers , have no idea of their own team, all they want from you is work till you fully used up and then they replace you, no recognition, no reward, no OT, you work from 9am to 10 pm , no wfh , NO PRIVATE LIFE , NO FAMILY TIME, no policy to aid the employees, HR is fully absent have no power at all, yearly increments at at 2-3 % for highest rating guys, variable pay in 50-70 , increments are deferred by 6moths or yearly and no bonuses no
