Good work life balance, remote working, Ok'ish pay (will receive better pay elsewhere doing the same job), good team members.
Cons
No job security what so ever, you are only required as long as the projects keep coming in and recently the marketing team have been doing a terrible job in securing work and a lot of people had to be let go. If you want a career here, do not bother, it is highly likely you will be laid off after a project is finished.
