Excellent company for long term employment and for gaining great experience within heavy industry, from customers, engineering, logistics and safety.
Cons
The high skill and engineering knowledge requirements means that movement around the business can be slow. Also the very competitive environment they operate in the UK, means that the funds are very difficult to obtain to develop the business as quick as desired.
