Too much of internal bickering and politics - Human Resources Manager Tata Steel Employee Review

Since TSI is an organisation with a legacy and a great history, it therefore comes with its own baggage. Most of the employees are old and the organisation is failing to infuse fresh blood into the organisation. As a result, the old guard is still in charge and runs the show but not with great efficiency. There is enough and more politics to project one's opponents as the organisation's greatest enemy and unfortunately they don't do with subtlety or dignity.
