Pros
Worst company of Tata. It is just being carried as a Payload by Tata and does not have any competency to compete with other major EPC companies.
Cons
1. Lot of politics 2. New employees are framed and are always prone to be thrown out of organisation 3 Technically very weak and Planning department is poor 4 HR department at Hyderabad should be fired immediately as they are incompetent and resort to unfair means to frame an employee leading to forceful exit. 5. They don't pay much and generally underrate who join new to the organisation 6. The policies are either copied from other companies or exactly the copy . 7. The HR department is just full of showbiz who usually resort to unfair means and also bad mouth about their own bosses all the time.
