1. Managers are worst here, you can't suggest anything to them what they say you have to do no matter wrong or right. 2. They will point you if you argue with them on some point. 3. You Can't say no to your Manager and management . 4. salary hike is for some favorite employees only. No respect for your work and quality. If you have good relation with manage he will give hike else whatever you do you will get nothing. 5. No respect for your work and quality here. 6. No future growth. 7. Worst HR and HR policies.
