Corrupted Leadership - Office Administrator Tata Employee Review

Company never made any profit even after more than 10 years after the beginning of the project and spending more than 2 billions , Senior managements are unable to perform and got their job because of their connection with the leadership in India. My manager has no experience in his field and sadly he believes that he is an expert like all leaders at the company. The consulting company Alvarez and Marsal are helping them improve the operation but I am afraid it is to little to late. Their junior consultant are helping the senior managers and VP how to do cost cutting and negotiate better deals
