1.No proper reporting structure. 2.No proper payments made to executive. 3. False information about jobs , just to make executives work. 4.No proper timings maintained. 5 walk out when ever you feel like. 6.Want some work to be done, do pay them with chocolates. 7.BDA doesn't have proper info about what they do. 8.New processes every now and then. 9.no proper training given. 10. Offer letters will be provided after few months.
