      not at all. i'm sorry

      Cons

      with coronavirus, lockdown company forced employees to sign papers to get only 60% salary. But need to work 100% and even more because some guys dropped this company. Generally, the company has very poor top management. Management can't estimate risks and couldn't do planning carefully. Have a tendency to shift deadlines to do projects faster and worse but smaller spend money on salary.
