Pros
The Task Force is a great place to get global health experience. The people who work there really make the workplace enjoyable. However, there is often a disconnect between senior leadership and staff, and there is a lot of variation in how different programs are run and managed.
Cons
The three-day-a-week return-to-office policy in 2023 was a huge bummer after staff worked remotely since 2020. The Emory benefits are great, while the pay often leaves people disappointed.
