Honestly no pros for this company and job position

Cons

You’re working under very strict conditions — you can’t take breaks when you need to, only when you’re told to. The job feels like working as an operator, with no choice over which calls to take, and the phone never stops ringing. You only get a 30-minute break, and if you’re even a little late, they send an email to the entire department highlighting your name in red.On top of that, there’s a lot of gossip within the company, which creates a tense and uncomfortable work environment.

Working hours are in American time so if you are in EU you will work from 3/4 to 11/12
