Pros
Great workmates, and direct managers. Good opportunity to contribute something genuine to the community.
Cons
Terrible morale after recent restructure saw management reassign people into lower paying roles or threaten them with redundancy. We lost lost of good staff and now workloads are high and we are struggling to attract key staff in my area due to the fact we pay less than the council I used to work for.
