      - Given a lot of autonomy - Flat hierarchy, low bureaucracy, low process - Strong technical team, managers are all strong ICs - Restaurant space is surprisingly complex, lots of interesting problems to solve - Leadership is pretty transparent with context

      Fast pace. A lot of freedom for everyone to do whatever they think is best for the company. Rewards people who take initiative

      People are excited about work so people tend to work longer hours. Definitely not for everyone.
