      Pros

      Upper management and the owners are great people who really care about the growth of the company. It was great to work for an organization where you could see owners literally getting their hands dirty to make the job better. The work life balance is great. It's like a family thete. They really do care.

      Good overtime pay when available, management is decent, flextime builds quickly, regular pay reviews

      Cons

      Hours cut recently, poor insurance offering, no union, unreliable as far as keeping up number of hours you can work goes, pay reviews increases low recently.
