Pros
I have been at Tarmin for almost 5 years and each day I enjoy coming to work. There are lots of opportunity to learn, build on your skills, lead initiatives and work with a great team of close-knit brilliant employees. Tarmin provides a very flexible work environment and gives you the tools to achieve a desirable work-life balance.
Cons
Mostly all employees are geographically dispersed so it can be hard to get face-to-face time with your peers, annual company outings would be beneficial.
