Product is a broad feature rich platform and covers multiple use cases. My Customers find it exciting and unique. It started working really well from 2016. Have achieved several large enterprise accounts since than in US North East specially in New York. They have various production customers in South Africa and London too. All in all over 90PB in production is quite good for a small team. Support and Engineering team is awesome and works very hard to support sales team.

Company needs to be spend money on Marketing and hire additional sales staff.
