      Remote work is good. Leadership try their best, some times to no avail

      Cons

      Some projects are just terrible, Bad clients, Big headache all around. Not recommended for new people on the industry

      Pros

      You get PTOs higher than the usual, a bonus to get a new computer, new hardware as required, free food and meetings out of work hours to have fun.

      Cons

      Haven't really had a con this far, been working for a year and I've not found anything to complain about yet.
