      Pros

      Lean operation, Great people who have been there a long time. Transparent leadership.

      Cons

      Seems to be stuck in old ways of doing business and is struggling to evolve in a hyper competitive marketplace. No pay raise or merit increase in 2+ years. Very little time off - I had 10 days a year.

      We get to work from home most days.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks leadership abilities. No raises for years. You have to be in the right click to get any recognition or advance your career. HR dept is completely unsympathetic or helpful.
