      Pros

      Always have vacancy because of staff resignations

      Cons

      Intense micro management and bullying of staff that don't suck up. Middle and lower managers seems to run their department as their own private club. One rule for their favored staff and another for those they don't like. Senior managers send out message of team work but middle managers don't follow.

      Pros

      We get to work from home most days.

      Cons

      The CEO lacks leadership abilities. No raises for years. You have to be in the right click to get any recognition or advance your career. HR dept is completely unsympathetic or helpful.
