Pros

Working from home is the only one

Cons

You can only reach management through Microsoft teams, no one gives out any of their contact information outside of that. You have to use their user system software and log into it every day. More often than not it will crash, you will lose a sale because of it, and they will blame your internet no matter how fast it is, whether you use a laptop/desktop, wi-fi/ethernet cord plugged directly in they will not try to take the blame for their systems messing up. A co-worker of mine was fired after their system wouldn't log her into her phone to take calls. She worked with IT for 3 weeks (which she was not paid for) to which they told her it may be time for her to either get a new pc and try it on there or look for another job, so she got together with IT (who by the way is an outside contracted company and one person in particular that works there is AMAZING) and they decided to wipe her pc (because that is the same thing as a "new pc" and try everything all over again. She still had the same issue. So at this point the ONLY thing that had not changed was the "profile/settings/account" whatever you would want to call it that was set up for their phone system in her name. So she was lucky enough to have a co-worker that sent her their credentials to see if she logged in with someone else's info if she still had the same problem or not. Well she did not, she was able to log in under the co-worker's account just fine and take calls if she wanted to. So she told her managers that they needed to make her a new account that is where the issue was. She had her trainer sign in on her pc and when he saw that he could log in as well just fine that is when he told the managers what they needed to do. So they FINALLY made a new account for her and after 2 or 3 days they told her she did not reach her sales goals (after being out of work for almost a month because they needed to make her a new account).

Cons

This job is the absolute worst I’ve ever seen I’ve been working in sales all my life and can’t imagine a business being run such as this first off the pay is mediocre at best they lure you in with sales Commissions and other benefits but this is all a lie claim they made was about 7 dollars per sale in reality it’s about 1 dollar maybe 2 and that’s if you can even get paid at all the training is not paid they give you bonus checks which is only 400 and that’s if you can get that they can and will make up reasons to not give it to you every week the pay is different and I’m not meaning just sales you could work the same amount of hours and sales and get paid two different amounts and don’t bother asking why they never give you a straight answer no employment contract either you do sign some documents but they don’t have an employee contract the policy and script changes daily so training is hard to pin down with the discrepancies in pay the lack of any real training the fact they won’t answer questions directly and the fact that they constantly send you home early this is job to skip honestly you would make more money flipping burgers at McDonald’s
