I really like the team I'm on and the schedule is perfect for me with having kids and such. I have been here almost a year and feel it is a positive environment and they encourage you to succeed. Just a fun place to work!

you do have numbers to hit so if you are not a salesman it could be a little stressful, the good thing though your supervisor will try their hardest to get you to your goal.

There are three managers, but my manager has always answered any questions I had, or hopped on the phone for me to help me close deals. The pay is decent, better than a lot of companies in the area, plus the commission is uncapped, so the potential is there. I have seen employees move up to team leads, managers, and become trainers. They are still in the process of growing so there are some changes every now and then. But they have perfect hours, Monday - Friday 9-5.

The job is to sell. So yes there is stress from a quota to meet and having to hit numbers.
