Incredible leadership and strongly believes in growth opportunities and equal pay for both women and men. This company is hands down one of the best companies that I have ever worked for. This company changed my life for the better and many others' life for the better as well. A lot of the employees stay with this company for years. The company has the ability to place employees in other positions for growth opportunities and knows how to recognize employees. They have fabulous benefits and understand how to lead employees. I love this small veteran own company and I love that they continue to grow very fast. This company is a hidden gem and I highly recommend this company to anyone. The executive level management team is hands down the best management team I have ever worked with. They do not make anyone feel like they are just a number like most companies do.
