      Pros

      TargetPoint Consulting has some of the smartest pollsters and data scientists I have ever met. They continually come up with new ways of modelling and analyzing data to make the company succeed. Everyone is dedicated to the causes the company stands for.

      Cons

      No real formal on-boarding process. You are trained in a very informal way and sometimes things slip through the cracks.

      When the staff is all in-sync everyone is quite effective and proficient at their tasks.

      The intimate nature of the small team means that any personnel issues or disagreements can have an outsized impact on goal-completion.
