      Great environment to learn new skills and exciting during election years. Management is very welcoming and willing to take the time to teach you new skill sets and concepts that will equip you for future jobs.

      Cons

      Chaotic during peak season with extensively long hours, but that's to be expected when you operate in the political realm.
