Cons
Understaffed, manager prides herself with Gossip on her own family, coworkers, the doctors, the clients and does not believe in the products we’re selling. Thrives on poor communication and unmotivated to help others learn and no career growth opportunities. Schedules is based on her needs because her mom has cancer.
