      Pros

      Great co-workers and highly rewarding working with students. You'll learn to plan out lessons, excute them and enjoy your students learning

      Cons

      Terribly mismanaged from the top level, overworked, understaffed, and constantly short staffed, aides are paid just above minimum wage. Expectations are highly unrealistic considering other programs have twice as many staff per school program.

      Pros

      Getting off early from work and getting weekends off.

      Cons

      Always under staff, course training doesn't prepare you for the work area, most of the time you will be underfunded. Focus is not on the students.
