* Unattractive benefits as there are a lot of deductions in salary. Offered CTC might look great, sadly the take-home amount is a shame. * A hardcore service based company, which means Client's everything, Employee's nothing/disposable. * No hikes, reductions in salary (excuse: COVID-19/Ironically, made employees work from office when every other company had already asked their employees to WFH, until they feared legal consequences and finally gave WFH). * Micro-management at its peak. * Employee's made to work really long hours with no extra pay/no proper physical/mental rest for days at a stretch. * CEO is only concerned about his profits and not employee's well being. He says reduction in salary is for Tarang's survival and doesn't even think of his employees who're suffering from price hike in everything. How can we pay for daily needs/rent/etc. with huge reduction in salary forced this month onwards? * Slow and painful death of your skills, physical well being and mental well being. Deadlines are deadly, clients are forfeiting their relationship with Tarang, employees are frustrated.
