Cons
The seventh round of layoffs in January 2025 completely changed the course of the company. Nearly the entire core team was let go, leaving the organization without direction or vision. The mindset that “everyone is replaceable” has severely damaged its once-strong reputation as a great place to work. To cut costs, the staff was offshored at a fraction of the expense, but in doing so, the company removed the very people who were essential to keeping things running.
Internal politics have only made matters worse, driving employees either to resign or face termination. What was once an inspiring and well-organized workplace has now descended into chaos and poor planning.
