Founders lacked integrity and looked down on other leaders and staff. Lack of transparency and trust from them to others. Several times heard them say negative things about other ethnicities, sexual orientations, and speak negative of other staff members in front of others. Management didnt value people working for them, staff were just machine to them and they could get rid of or change their roles. Other staff members had some horrible experiences that a good amount of the good ones quite and moved onto better cultures and strong leadership and visions.
