Pros
I have always liked Uber as a successful internet taxi, Uber's advertising process, campaigns and videos have always stood out to me for being creative. Among the active internet taxis in Iran, Tapsi was very close to Uber in terms of creativity and structure. I was trying to make Tapsi users like it on social media platforms. I used a lot of thought and ideas for every advertising campaign on social media so that what is published is ideal and creates a good experience for the audience.
Cons
Human resources can always promote the progress of colleagues in any company. In my opinion, Tapsi, like many companies, has some flaws in the human resources department that it needs to fix. Also, in macro-decisions in the management department, a little detail should be taken.
