      There is free parking and snacks.

      Cons

      The company cares more about its brand than the artist whose art they sell. You're expected to do so much with little pay off--like working while you are on vacation. Doesn't provide any benefits or reimburse their employees for expenses.

      Understanding and caring team, led by a wonderful CEO, who truly cares about her team. Cannot say enough good things about Chelsea's leadership.

      Growing business, which is demanding. Requires long hours, and the ability to work through ambiguity.
