Greedy management setting unrealistic KPIs so you don’t hit targets and consequently miss out on bonuses Long hours Boring 7pm finishes are unnecessary even once/twice a week

Great place to work Awesome team Can upskill

Not much of cons, compensation was not great initially. But may have changed with the company’s growth
