Management appeared to be heavily focused on conversion metrics while overlooking the overall revenue being generated. Despite consistently achieving strong monthly revenue targets and maintaining the highest average transaction value on the team, these contributions were not properly recognized. The lack of communication, appreciation, and willingness to consider different perspectives created a frustrating and demotivating work environment.
