Pros
Great on-boarding. High quality training programs, and good financial backing that actually makes for effective resource sharing and harm reduction. Great model of meeting everyone where they are at in a non-judgmental way. Clinical supervision provided for staff-crucial! Very cool, cutting-edge, life saving work.
Cons
Unfortunately I can’t say the same for their business culture. Felt trapped in an office with bitter underpaid co-workers who don’t have a real passion for helping people. I had to leave because the work culture felt toxic and soul sucking, which is a shame bc the actual work with participants made my heart sing.
