      Many positions are unionized. Nearly everyone at Tapestry loves their job and the work they do. Pays fairly well.

      Cons

      Administration is a bit out of touch. Some managers and operations staff are extremely micromanaging and will absolutely make your life miserable.

      At the time, staffing was inconsistent, unclear role divisions in senior leadership, and dissatisfaction for frontline workers made pursuing changes impossible for middle managers.
