      People are amazing. Competitive pay and benefits. Opportunities to volunteer for great organizations. Product is high quality so it’s easy to stand behind it. Lots of social events to get to know colleagues. Flex Friday all year. Generous discount Sample sales are fantastic. Decent diversity

      Lack of transparency Lean teams so lots of work Unrealistic onboarding timelines Insincere leadership Very little room for career growth Lots of micromanaging with very little empowerment

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
