      Great open culture environment. People are nice and benefit are in line with the market

      Cons

      In corporate everyone does everything, few people do most of the work. Manager pay is way to low when compared with competitors and responsibilities.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
