Pros

the discount is 65% off retail when on sale, and several times throughout the year, there are significant health benefits, wellness days, sick days, stock options and savings. After covid the company kept prioritized mental health. we have a pretty flexible schedule as long as you're available to work evenings and weekends.

Cons

The sales, other luxury brands do not have sales . It's been suggested they put all sale items in the outlet. The outlet customer is a different shopper, the price points in the retail store are too expensive for them, they are alwas looking for a sale and outlet has them trained to belive that they are getting one at all times of the year. In return it messes with our conversion, these cilents want to see the items in person and we just dont carry them in the retail store.

Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

Cons

strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
