      Depends on which store you work in. My store manager not very business savvy and "flew by the seat of her pants. " She could not make an effective schedule or talk about store "numbers."

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
